Science (Climate chaos)

Today in science we were learning about the water cycle so we were given 10 shapes that had words in it that are about the water cycle. We had to put them together but it had to connect with the one it's connected to are you will have to change it around. The 10 words on the shapes were Evaporation, Condensation, Transpiration, Water cycle, Water vapor, Precipitation, Acid rain, Carbon Dioxide, Climate change, and Hurricanes. We had to connect all those on a piece of yellow paper and when we were finished we had to write on the paper why they connect. So we had arrows going to that shape why it connects to that other shape next to it here is a picture of the paper me and my group made.

How they work together  
Evaporation, Condensation, Transpiration, Water cycle, Water vapor, Precipitation, Acid rain, Carbon Dioxide, Climate change, and Hurricanes. work with the water cycle.

Evaporation, Condensation, Transpiration, Water cycle and, Water vapor work together because they all go with the water like there a part of the water cycle.

Precipitation and Acid rain connect because of Precipitation is rainfall and acid rain is rain that why they are together.

Carbon Dioxide, Climate change, and Hurricanes work together because they are all a part of the climate change.

Tane mahuta

For a few weeks, we have been cleaning out the garden class so we could use it for work when we go outside and we are going to learn about flowers and I think we will be doing planting in that room. So we were taking all the stuff out that was in there and swiped inside the class because it was really disty so I think when we're done.

In the new school area, the youngest student in the school planted a tree and we put all the metal in this trailer to take it to someplace so we could sell it for some sort of money and a few weeks earlier we planted seeds like spinach, celery, and coriander.

PE

This week in Pe we played a three games there were six teams and two teams verse each other and when it's been a certain time both team will move to another game the point of doing that was because the teachers wanted us to work together and work as a team. My team didn't work as well because I helped the other team but I had my reasons why I did that but first the people in my team are Jacob, Mikayla, Abraham, Mai, Aza and me.

In the game I rated myself a 1 because I didn't work as a team and the teacher had to talk to me and my team didn't really need me plus they said we don't need you so I said ok that's one reason why I helped the other team the other reason why I helped them was because my team cheated they would pick ball up in football and throw it in the goal this week we were focusing on team work.

Next time I will try and work as a team but they have to play fair or I won't help them if they play fair try my best to work as a team.

PE

For Pe hurumanu we did two games one was when we had to play a class game. With mt it was class vs class we were playing a game called floor hockey ts won, the second game was six conner soccer there six small groups and they a goal that team had to stand behind. We got given numbers and the teacher would call a number if it is your number you have to run out and try and kick the ball hit the other teams goal if you do they lose a point. You only have 5 points if your team loses all your point then your team is out we played in the the old gym.


I rated myself on floor hockey a 3 because I was working as a team and I cheered my team mates on and if they feel like they can't do anything then I would tell them that it is ok and they can do something that they are good at and it cheered them up so it was nice I also rated myself a 3. On the six conner soccer because me team thought they couldn't do it but I told them we can and we did we didn't loses and it was a great game.

Next time I will try and get a 4 because I keep getting a 3 and I want to aim higher and I will try and be a leader in my team an I will try and earn my teammates trust.
