Today in PE we did sprints there were three choices and they were 1,500m, 400m, 200m, and 100m I only did the 400m because I was too tired. To run the other ones so I just did the normal ones it wasn't that bad.

Whare tapa wha is you like say for whare tapa wha if one wall falls then the whole house will fall so if you break your arm it will affect each of your well beings. During this lesson, I feel like I have done some work but I don't feel like I tried my best so next that's something I need to work on. My current state of Hauora is pretty good

Kindness

So my random act of kindness was too high five someones and I did I actually high five a few people. The people I high five were Ranit and Richard they said wow and that's it made me feel nothing just saying when I do an act of kindness I don't care. Spiritual wellbeing means the ability to experience and integrate meaning and purpose in life through a person's connectedness with self, others art, music, literature, nature, or a power greater than oneself.

Real vs Fake News

Fake news is like when people post or say news that isn’t true, there was this show, Dr. Phil, this lady posted on her Facebook saying that her children look exactly like her but the thing is it’s not true. Because the picture of the two girls wasn't hers’s it was this other lady’s one cause she would always post photos of her daughters. All of a sudden she got a message from someone saying “ Hey there is this other lady posting photos of ur daughters her name is Beth (not her real name)” so she went to check it out and it was real. This woman was using a photo of her twin girls she told the police but can’t do anything about it but they sorted it outImage result for dr phil cyber kidnapping

I don’t know if this counts as fake news but it’s fake I don’t know why people post this when it’s fake. There are other ones like share or your going to die tonight but it will never happen I just want to put that out there.
Story image for real news from The GuardianWhat’s real news is that this girl is the real life jedi knight.

She is acting like a jedi knight that is a fiction character from the movie/tv show Star Wars. It first started as a prank but now people are taking this stuff seriously. It first started in the uk.

Research project

Light energy, the energy of the electromagnetic waves. Found in Microwaves, x-rays, and visible light. Light is made up of little packets of energy called photons. Most of these photons are produced when the atoms in an object heat up. Heat “excites” the electrons inside the atoms and they gain extra energy. This extra energy is then released as a photon.

Image result for heat energy definitionHeat energy, caused by the movement of particles. Found in all hot objects, heaters, oven tops, etc.
Heat energy is the result of the movement of tiny particles called atoms, molecules or ions in solids, liquids, and gases. Heat energy can be transferred from one object to another. The transferor flow due to the difference in temperature between the two objects is called heat

Sound energy, Is caused by a sound like music and other things that make a sound.
Sound energy is produced when an object vibrates. The sound vibrations cause waves of pressure that travel through a medium, such as air, water, wood or metal. Sound energy is a form of mechanical energy.
Image result for sound energy definition
Chemical potential energy, Is caused by particles bonded with energy like petrol and food.
Chemical potential energy is the energy stored in the chemical bonds of a substance. The various chemicals that makeup gasoline contain a large amount of chemical potential energy that is released when the gasoline is burned in a controlled way in the engine of the car. The release of that energy does two things.

Electrical energy, Is caused by the movement of electrically charged particles found in wires, generators, and lighting electrical.
energy is defined as an electric charge that lets work be accomplished. An example of electrical energy is power from a plug outlet. YourDictionary definition and usage example.

Gravitational potential energy, Energy stored in objects due to their height above the ground planes, Definition of the gravitational potential. : the scalar quantity characteristic of a point in a gravitational field whose gradient equals the intensity of the field and equal to the work required to move a body of unit mass from given point to a point infinitely remote.

Kinetic energy, Energy due to the motion of an object. EG. Moving cars, running, Swimming
Kinetic energy is the energy of motion, observable as the movement of an object, particle, or set of particles. Any object in motion is using kinetic energy: a person walking, a thrown baseball, a crumb falling from a table, and a charged particle in an electric field are all examples of kinetic energy at work.

Elastic potential energy, Energy stored in stretched or squashed objects. Examples are springs, a rubber band.
Elastic potential energy is Potential energy stored as a result of the deformation of an elastic object, such as the stretching of a spring. It is equal to the work done to stretch the spring, which depends upon the spring constant k as well as the distance stretched.
