Reflection - Memory

 A testament I learnt from the bible is that those that are homosexuality are not going to be allowed to  enter the gates of heaven. you don't have to hate them but all he is saying is that the people who are homosexuality will not be allowed to enter into heaven. It also says in the bible that the people with pride is a sin I think with my personal opinion is that they named them self pride is because it is a sin in the bible people also say that it is the most deadly sin in the bible. People like to say that why didn't god make Adam and Eve not eat the apple but most people don't know is that god gives you the choice to do what  you want because if he made you do what he wants he will be acting like the devil. The devil wants you to do things for him and he wants to control you by making you think that Jesus and god doesn't want you anymore because you did something wrong.

In this photo you can see that the man is crying the reasoning is because he had just been drugged and woke up tied to the chair with his friend who is also tied to a chair beside him. He just woke up and the first thing he saw was his friend getting punched in the face by another guy they knew were bad but thought he changed. Before getting knocked unconscious the bad man named Kisaki laughed and said he killed there friend then Takemichi (Man in photo) and Chifyu (friend) dropped to the floor. Before all of this they had found out that someone had told the police about all there business so someone snitched so Kisaki knew that it was one of these two. He kept torturing the 2 until one of them said it was them, a few minutes passed Kisaki was tired of waiting and pulled out a gun and shot Takemichi in the hand. Chifyu confessed ratting them out to the police he says he did it all for the friend Kisaki killed before Chifyu died he said that Mikey (Other friend) has gone M.I.A and Draken (Other friend) got executed but deep down they are all still the same and he has to save BOOM! Kisaki shot him in the head. He pointed the gun at Takemichi and was bout shoot him then the screen went black but we still hear a gun shot but don't if he died or not.

Far-right threats to Maori

 In an article it says Māori women are being bullied and discriminated for there culture and tamoko online and in real life. A women who has to post daily online because she wants to become the president of something online, but sense she is posting a lot people are starting to hate because she is Maori. She says that a man sent here a threat in an email saying I would give you a hiding I know where you live in Brisbane, also she said after talking out about how she is gratefully for the Maori culture in the Cyperpunk 2077 (Video Game). This has happened to a lot of Maori women have been stalked and threaten that they would be killed this is a very serious matter in NZ

What are they famous for?

Dr. Fauci became famous for his HIV/AIDS research and many other domestic and global health issues. 

Do we use their invention today?

Dr. Fauci doesn’t really have any inventions, he is just famous for his health research but I think they still use his research to this day. Since he is still alive he is still helping the world by doing his research.

The Night of Broken Glass (Kristallnacht)

 How does evidence in this document show that “Kristallnacht” was planned in advance of the event actually happening?

In this evidence it states that the burning of synagogues was only to be carried out if there was no danger of fire spreading to the surrounding district. In advance when a Jews business was burning the fire fighters were told not to put the fires out unless it spread to other buildings. This was pre planned because it was sent a day before the events November the 8th. It also shows instructions what they can and can’t do on that day which shows even more evidence that the event was planned. 

DNA Extraction Experiment

 Aim: To extract DNA from the kiwi fruit.

Method: 

1. Mush half a kiwi fruit in a zip lock bag with a splash of water and a small teaspoon of salt.
2. Strain the solution through a cloth into a beaker.
3. Add a squirt of dish washing liquid and stir.
4. Pour into a test tube.
5. Place the test tube in a beaker filled with WARM water.
6. Leave for 10mins. (Begin blog in this time).
7. Slowly our 5mL of methylated spirits down the inside of the test tube.

DNA is found in the cell nucleus where it is called nuclear DNA

DNA is made up of chemical building blocks called nucleotide these blocks are made of 3 parts a phosphate group, a sugar group, and one of four types of nitrogen bases.

Conclusion: 

Did it work?

Yes it worked once we added the mentholated spirits to the test tube the top of it became clear the middle had the DNA and the bottom had green slime looking thing.

Would you do anything differently?

I would use more kiwi fruit to get more kiwi fruit DNA which means I could play with it.
